What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color — one of the lowest among cap factories in China. You can mix sizes within one style, and sample orders are always welcome before bulk production.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Samples are ready in about 5 days. Bulk production takes 20–30 days depending on quantity and customization complexity. We confirm a detailed timeline with every quotation.
What customization options do you offer?
Full OEM/ODM service: embroidered, printed, woven-patch or leather-patch logos; custom fabrics with Pantone color matching; private labels, hang tags and custom packaging. Send us your logo or tech pack and we will recommend the best technique for your design.
What quality standards do you follow?
Every order passes our 4-stage QC process: material inspection, in-line inspection, 100% final inspection to AQL 2.5 standard, and pre-shipment checks. Our factory is ISO 9001, BSCI and SEDEX certified, and SGS audited.
Which countries do you ship to, and how?
We have exported to 40+ countries across North America, Europe and the Middle East. We arrange express, air freight and sea freight (FOB or door-to-door), and handle all export customs documentation for you.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a physical pre-production sample in about 5 days, so you can check fabric, fit and logo quality before committing to bulk production.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM services?
Yes. With OEM we manufacture exactly to your specifications. With ODM our in-house design team develops styles for you, including 3D renderings, trend research and seasonal collection development.
